DESCRIPTION:Cheer on our students at the second annual Beats By U! Student Showcase! Hear original electronic beats from the next generation of producers\, DJs and beat makers. \nStudents from three of our beat making / music production classes will be performing their original music on stage in the Gasworks theatre for the first time. This event is open to the public and we hope to have support from friends and family in this intimate\, dance club environment. \nWhere: Theatre inside the HMC Centre for Performance and Education at The Gasworks \nWhen: Wednesday June 4 2025 \nTime: 6:30 – 8:00pm \nDoors open at 6:00pm \nPerformances begin at 6:30 \nPart of the Musical Futures Production Program by Hamilton Music Collective. \nRead more about our music production classes here. \nPrice: Free entry (donations accepted) \nAll ages event. \nAll proceeds support the An Instrument For Every Child program. The Hamilton Music Collective is a registered Canadian charity. \nAbout Hamilton Music Collective: \nHamilton Music Collective (HMC) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2008 by a local group of musicians\, educators and community supporters\, who are passionate about music and believe in its transformative power to enrich lives and empower students. HMC’s mission is to invigorate the music scene in Hamilton through professional live performances\, education\, events\, workshops and exhibits.
