Orchestra

< Back to all programs
Our youth orchestra, led by trumpeter David Baldry since 2016, offers our advanced students the opportunity to perform in a concert band environment. Students should demonstrate a willingness to work hard, practice, and learn, and a desire to make great progress on their instrument. Attention to dynamics, reading sheet music, and listening to other players are all key learning outcomes for the orchestra. Students will be asked to meet with the instructor over Zoom to play a brief song, or send in a video.
Open to: Grades 3 – 8 with some experience on an instrument.
Day/Time: Wednesdays at 7:00pm
Session Dates: October 2025 – June 2026
Cost: $525 for full year (Oct – June) or $175 per semester. (Financial assistance available for families in need)
